How to Access Email via Webmail / Email Clients Print

Introduction:
Access your professional email accounts using Webmail from a browser or via an email client like Outlook, Gmail, or Thunderbird.


Step 1: Access Webmail

  • Go to https://yourdomain.com/webmail.

  • Enter your full email address and password.

  • Choose a Webmail application (Horde, Roundcube, or SquirrelMail).


Step 2: Access via Email Client

  • Open your preferred email client (Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird).

  • Add a new email account.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com

    • Password: Your email password

    • Incoming Server (IMAP/POP3): mail.yourdomain.com

    • Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com

    • Ports: IMAP 993 / POP3 995 / SMTP 465 or 587

  • Save settings and test sending/receiving emails.

  • Use IMAP for syncing emails across multiple devices.
